Auditions slated for fall productions |

Calling all actors: Auditions for the Theatre and Film Department’s fall productions will be held Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 20 and 21, from 6 to 10 p.m. in the Center for the Performing Arts Center Theatre on Main Campus.
The department’s season, “Voices From the Margins,” will start with “Topdog/Underdog,” which will run from Tuesday, Oct. 2, through Sunday, Oct. 7. “Etudes,” a workshop performance, will take place Thursday and Friday, Oct. 11-12, and “Top Girls” will run Friday, Nov. 9, through Sunday, Nov. 18.
Actors are asked to prepare one monologue and be ready to perform readings from the plays. Copies of scripts may be checked out for a $5 deposit from the Theatre and Film Department Office, Center for Performing Arts Room 1002.
A sign-up sheet for audition times is posted outside the department office. Actors should sign up for one 10-minute slot either night.
Callbacks will be Wednesday, Aug. 22, if needed.
