    Collegium Musicum in concert Dec. 3

    Be transported back in time with the ancient musical sounds of The University of Toledo’s early music ensemble Collegium Musicum Monday, Dec. 3.

    The group will perform under the direction of Dr. Alice Petersen, UT music instructor, at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for Performing Arts Recital Hall on Main Campus.
     
    Vocal and instrumental selections by a variety of composers from Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque periods will be performed. Recorders, guitar, fiddle, viola da gamba and harpsichord will be used in this concert.

    Student who will perform are Gillian Butcher, Katie Frye, Sarah Hatfield, Geoff Monger, Austin Nelson and Tamilyn Shean.
