Want to learn how to whip up a romantic dinner, complete with chocolate desserts, for your sweetie on Valentine's Day? Attend a cooking class with AVI Chef Todd Maxson on Monday, Jan. 23, in Libbey Hall.
The class, which costs $25, runs from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. and includes dinner, refreshments, a recipe folder and a gift certificate for lunch at Libbey Hall, valued at $40.
"Chef Todd has over 13 years' experience cooking as an executive chef around the Toledo area. He has received recognition for several culinary events around the area for his creative and innovative creations," said Rosalyn Emerson, marketing manager with AVI Foodsystems Inc.
